PRINCIPLES AND METHODOLOGIES FOR DESIGNING ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEXTBOOKS FOR STUDENTS IN HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE EXAMPLE OF THE UZBEK EDUCATION SYSTEM
Abstract
In this article, the author explores the multifaceted importance of an advanced Uzbek proficiency test for foreign learners. The article highlights the various ways in which such a test can impact language learning, instruction, and communication. The author emphasies the reliability and validity of the proficiency test as a tool for assessing learners’ language abilities objectively, providing a comprehensive evaluation of their skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
