THE SYSTEM OF IMAGES IN PERSIAN NOVEL-WRITING (ON THE EXAMPLE OF MUSHFIQ KOZIMIY’S “QOʻRQINCHILI TEHRON”)

Abstract

This article discusses the characters featured in Mushfiq Kozimiy’s novel “Qo‘rqinchli Tehron”. The article reveals a vivid depiction of the characters portrayed in the novel, the social problems of the period in which they lived, and the complexities of the human psyche. The novel occupies an important place in modern Iranian prose. It depicts the life of the city of Tehran, as well as the social, economic, and political aspects of its society.
