YETAKCHI CAMP — A PROJECT THAT SHAPES FUTURE LEADERS
Abstract
This study analyzes the impact and effectiveness of the “Ustoz AI” mobile application in enhancing youth education and vocational training in Uzbekistan. The application provides free access to over 35 vocational courses and 12 general education subjects, integrating artificial intelligence-based interactive teaching methods and gamified learning elements. Through personalized learning pathways, portfolio creation, and certification opportunities, the platform increases student motivation, knowledge retention, and practical skills acquisition. Additionally, it allows learners to access expensive courses without financial barriers, fostering inclusivity in education. The findings suggest that “Ustoz AI” significantly contributes to digital education development, encourages creative and independent learning, and prepares youth for modern professions. The study highlights the application’s role as a comprehensive educational tool that combines technology, interactivity, and innovation to enhance learning outcomes and youth engagement in Uzbekistan.
