MODERNIST PRINCIPLES IN MEHRNUSH MAZOURI’S SHORT STORY “A STRANGER IN THE HOUSE”

Abstract

This article explores the emergence and development of modernism in Iranian literature. It also presents a plot analysis of the modernist short story “A Stranger in the House” by one of Iran's female writers, Mehrnush Mazorei.
