LINGVOCULTURAL INTERPRETATION OF THE CONCEPT OF "EDUCATION" IN UZBEK AND ENGLISH

Abstract

This study focuses on the lingvocultural interpretation of the concept of "education" in both Uzbek and English languages. The research explores how the concept of education is shaped by cultural, societal, and historical contexts in these two languages, examining both linguistic and cultural dimensions. The study aims to compare and contrast the representations of education in these two languages, considering the influence of national identity, religious values, and socio-political factors. Furthermore, the paper investigates how the notion of education has evolved over time in both linguistic traditions, addressing the impact of globalization and technological advancement. The research also highlights the role of language in shaping our understanding of education, as well as the ways in which linguistic features and cultural concepts intersect in educational discourse. By analyzing how education is conceptualized in Uzbek and English, the study aims to contribute to a deeper understanding of how language reflects the values, traditions, and philosophies of different cultures. The findings of this research are expected to have practical implications for cross-cultural communication, language learning, and educational policy development.
