Abstract

In recent years, the development of the Internet and social networks, and the fact that it has become a place where people spend their time, means that a number of social relations have moved to the Internet. It is true that modern technologies, along with facilitating the human lifestyle, also cause a number of problems. In particular, there are many cases of violations of individual rights, including privacy of personal information, rights to photo and video. In this article, the issues of protection of a person's right to photo and video are scientifically analyzed.
