THEORETICAL EXPLORATION OF SCHOLAR’S RESEARCH ON STRUCTURAL-SEMANTIC FEATURES OF WORDS RELATED TO PROFESSION AND CRAFT IN UZBEK AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES
Аннотация
This research delves into the structural semantic features of words pertaining to professions and crafts in both Uzbek and English languages, drawing on theoretical frameworks established by linguists from both linguistic traditions. Through a meticulous comparative analysis, the study aims to elucidate the intricate linguistic structures and semantic nuances inherent in lexicons associated with occupations and trades within these two distinct linguistic systems. By examining the etymological roots, morphological formations, and semantic extensions of relevant vocabulary, the research endeavors to uncover underlying patterns and cultural implications embedded within the lexical fabric of each language. Furthermore, by synthesizing insights from English and Uzbek linguistic scholarship, this investigation seeks to contribute to a deeper understanding of the cross-linguistic dynamics shaping lexical representations of professions and crafts, thereby enriching the theoretical discourse on semantic structure in linguistic studies.
